Bellampalli is well connected by both road and rail networks. The newly constructed NH 363, running from Mancherial to Chandrapur, passes through the town. Bellampalli Railway Station, one of the oldest in Telangana, lies on the Nagpur–Hyderabad line and falls under the South Central Railway zone. Located 273 km north of Hyderabad on the Delhi route, it operates under the railway code BPA.
